Megan's journey with Bailey Cowan Heckaman PLLC began as a law clerk, where she quickly demonstrated her aptitude for complex litigation. Over the years, she has managed hundreds of mesothelioma and lung cancer cases in numerous jurisdictions, from initial intake to trial, showcasing her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to securing justice.

Her legal prowess extends beyond asbestos litigation. Megan has conducted depositions in various high-stakes cases, including Essure victims, 3M litigation, PPI litigation, and matters involving Future Motion, Inc. She has also played a pivotal role in settlement negotiations, facilitating over a thousand individual settlements and contributing significantly to the resolution of Bailey Cowan Heckaman's talc-related mesothelioma docket.

Megan's academic achievements are equally impressive. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center, where she was a Dean's Scholarship recipient and served in various leadership roles.

She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, graduating summa cum laude from Texas A&M University.
